These terms govern your use of the Liberation Wisemen website and the Liberation Wisemen application ("the Service"), operated by the channel owner ("we"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. What the Service is
The Service publishes educational astrology videos to the operator's own TikTok and YouTube accounts. The application component connects only to social media accounts owned by the operator, using the platform's official APIs, in order to upload and publish video content.
2. Educational content only
All content is for education and entertainment. Astrology is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Do not make decisions based solely on the content.
3. Intellectual property
Videos, scripts, animations, and text produced by the Service are owned by the operator unless otherwise stated. You may share them through the platforms' native share features. You may not redistribute, re-upload, or sell them without written permission.
4. Third-party platforms
Content is distributed through TikTok and YouTube. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or conduct.
5. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
